Flavia Da Silva has been with Kinlin Rutherfurd since 2005. She has a keen interest in residential architecture and extensive experience managing ground up and renovation projects. She is a skilled and experienced designer with expertise in creating detailed millwork drawings, permit drawings and comprehensive construction documents. She has a deep knowledge of residential building codes and extensive experience interacting with all types of regulatory entities, including building departments, the Department of Environmental Control, Health departments and town trustees. Her ability to navigate regulatory entities has been instrumental in securing regulatory approval and building permits for many Kinlin Rutherfurd waterfront projects.
She was born in Uruguay and studied architecture at La Facultad de Arquitectura, Universidad de la Republica, Montevideo, Uruguay. She has served as the Project Architect on numerous apartment renovations in New York City and on many complete house renovations in Connecticut, Rhode Island and on Fishers Island, NY. She has also been the Project Architect on numerous new ground up country homes in Rhode Island and New York.
